About Nicole & FasciAlign

Hi, I'm Nicole.

I spent a decade immersed in movement, bodies, coaching, and wellness spaces. That exposure gave me a lot to observe—and eventually a lot to question.

I kept noticing how often a sensation in one place seemed connected to something happening elsewhere: a foot that changed the way a hip moved, a jaw that joined in when the neck worked, a breath that shifted the whole shape of a posture. What began as an attempt to feel less tense became an ongoing investigation into how my own body adapts, compensates, and responds.

FasciAlign grew from that investigation. It's a fascia-informed movement practice built around a simple sequence: notice what is happening, investigate the relationships, experiment through movement, and observe what changes. In practice that might mean spending time with your feet, using a supported hold, exploring how your ribs move with breath, or paying attention to where you brace as you walk. The movement is the medium; awareness is the practice.

I'm interested in helping you cultivate body literacy, reclaim body sovereignty, and strengthen self-trust. I don't believe anyone needs to earn permission to pay attention to their own experience. You can begin with what you notice today.
